Tuff Hands™ Safety Pro Gloves, founded 2019 by Chien Nguyen
During my years working in demolition, I tried multiple safety gloves, but none were comfortable, and they lacked the qualities I was looking for. Due to the nature of my job, I needed a new pair of cut-resistant gloves every 3-5 days.
This inspired me to create a superior protective cut-resistant glove. Gloves for folks like me with dirty, hard, and dangerous jobs. Gloves my fellow Laborers can depend on to protect their most important tool of the trade – their hands.

Cuts, lacerations, and punctures result in one million workers being treated in an ER annually. Most happen with common cutting tools. OSHA requires hand protection but does not specify cut resistance levels, leaving this determination to safety managers. This is a big responsibility, and I am here to help.
As a demolition laborer, I know first-hand just how dangerous a worksite can be. As a union laborer, I am provided with fantastic training and the latest in safety protocols.
According to a recent Department of Labor study, 70% of workers who suffer hand injuries were wearing inadequate gloves or none at all. Let's face it, everyone knows to always wear gloves. Yet statistics show workers are not always wearing the proper safety gloves.
We've all done it, taken our safety gloves off because they are in the way of the tool. Because the gloves are ill-fitting, too heavy, or the tool is only a simple boxcutter. Getting too comfortable in our everyday jobs results in injuries that could have so easily been avoided. Preventable and costly, these injuries can have a significant financial impact on workers in lost wages and medical bills as well as increased insurance premiums for employers.
